My background in the performing arts started at the Art’s Educational School. I have professional qualifications in Drama and Psychology, Occupational Therapy and the Alexander Technique (AT). After qualifying in AT, I have worked for 20 years as a Teacher Trainer on Anthony Kingsley ATTS Teacher Training Course. I teach musicians and singers from the Royal Academy of music as well people who suffer stress and pain in everyday life. I started lessons 30 years ago suffering from stress working in the NHS. I now teach may people from the NHS and offer concessions.
